DLA PMO FUELS LAB, NS MAYPORT, FL

Work includes the provision and installation of a 300 square foot building to serve as a Type C fuels lab. Additional work includes providing all site utilities required to support the modular building; a concrete foundation/slab; concrete sidewalks; all associated mechanical, electrical, telecommunications, and fire protection systems associated with the building; and incidental related work. RBG faced several challenges with this project including the fact that the project took place on an active runway with helicopters taking off and landing during construction. RBG mitigated this by storing all materials in metal containers and securing all material and equipment daily. RBG also faced exceedingly long material delays due to COVID. RBG worked with the government to manage this with no cost changes.
