Repair and Renovate Bldg. 696, Eglin AFB, FL

This project consisted of a complete phased renovation of a fully occupied 20,400 SF CE Command Office suite done in three phases to accommodate the building continuing to function during renovation. This included the addition of new fire suppression and fire alarm system throughout the building, replacement of architectural ceilings, a full modification to the entryway with a new storefront, flooring, and a complete renovation of the top floor of the building. Top floor work consisted of demolition of interior walls except for the main stairwell, and for the most part, the existing restrooms and provide a complete new layout. The new work required metal stud walls, new windows, new doors and hardware, new restroom fixtures and restroom accessories, glass partition walls, moveable folding partitions, signage, window treatment, communications, electrical, and HVAC ductwork.
